Cellular Coverage in Mid Wales and South Shropshire

Just moved to 02 from Orange.....not happy !....have to travel about a  mile to get a signal from my home....4G ?....no chance or 3G  no chance?....more like  minus 2G......I used to work for BT when they owned Cellnet and the Central Operations Unit for the whole of Europe was and still is in Oswestry....about 40 mins drive away......but I can't get a signal !.....yet this year I was on the top of the White Mountains in Western Crete....8000 feet up with 5 bars .....complaining to 02 is like banging your head on a brick wall in the dark.....or maybe not quite that good.... the 02 coverage map says everything should be fine....the reality is quite different.....anyone else out there taken them on over the reception issue?.....

I'm still having issues now in my area.

You can still challenge the mast status by ringing o2 on 202 contract or 4445 payg.

Not by Live Chat.

Have you tried cleaning your sim and or swapped it out for a new one.

Does switching to 2g help.

Have you tried you sim in another phone just to rule out your primary phone as the possible issue.

Have you thought about using TuGo as an option.

thanks for your input, I've already challenged the m status as you suggest, my sim is brand new and is just the same in 2 other phones at home...when I go to Manchester it's fine....set to 2G at home as well....
