How can I capp all data, texts & calls on my new phone?

You can't cap, it's called a fair use policy & you should get yourself a tariff with enough to suit your needs

Data is automatically capped now but not calls / sms / mms

Just to add...a new tariff may meet your needs as said, but you can buy data bolt ons.

Data is capped under the fair usage policy at around 4gb I think

If you need to cap all your usage to a monthly spend limit you would have to use someone like Tesco Mobile.

Data just stops when you use it up so it automatically caps itself.
If you can't trust yourself with calls and texts get a tariff with unlimited both.
