I'm trying to unblock my phone using this link: https://ageverification.o2.co.uk/

I've tried twice to enter my card number but I'm getting the following message:

"Sorry you have not entered a valid Mastercard or Visa credit card. Please note we do not accept 02 pre-paid credit cards. Please use another card."

My card works fine, why am I getting this message?

Correct needs to be a credit card as per the error message.

Any o2 store can do it without a credit card.

it is a uk based credit card you are using and not a uk debit card?

I'm using a Visa Debit card, I take it they don't work then..?
