Hi, how can I cancel a contract on line please. It has 5 months left to run and am prepared to pay the penalty.Thank you in advance.

Yes its always been my understanding that you cancel a contract by calling customer services on 202. You can give them the 30 days notice as required.

It can't be done instore though they will allow you to use their phone to call customer service normally.
