Can not buy sims

I was a O2 customer but moved to EE aprox one year ago. EE's mobile coverage in my area was so poor I opted out and decided to return to O2

I saw a supper deal on Uswitch with O2 so applied for two sims (one for my wife) however when the system transfered me to O2 and after I inputed all my details the system would not process my purchase. I received a message my detals were used by another account.

I have been trying all day to overcome this problem even visited my local O2 store without success.

I find I can sign into O2 and vist my account which is empty. I also for some reason have a business account which is also empty.

I want to set up a monthly account but O2 cannot help

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
