I just spent over 30 minutes trying to make a simple payment, before being cut off. In total I was passed to 5 different agents. I was asked security questions constantly. I then called back and was on hold fir 15 minutes before giving up. Your service is terrible. The call centre staff don't seem to have a clue what they are doing. I want someone from the O2 payment department to call me and sort this out.
