Need BT's general UK Contact Number for Customer Services please. Need ancient cracked and wiggly cable replacing ASAP.No Wi-Fi at home. Laptop down.Need quick repair to redeem £150 voucher from supermarket.

.Early cut off date in August.

 

 

Any help will be gratefully received.

Good luck in BT doing anything fast.... 

 

Try 0800 800 150

 

BT usually  charge you for the cable replacement, if the wire is internal... 

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account

Good conversation with BT Customer Services representative. Very lucky I could remember my old landline number. Apparently it is SKYs responsibility ! 

 

Anyone have SKYs Customer Services number ?

 

As Ever ..... I am always grateful for any help given.

Lovely productive professional customer service advisor Jess from Sheffield. Upshot is Engineer to investigate. Outdoor problems take priority. After checking engineer may replace Cruddy cabling. Feeling alright. Thank you again Rich.

Upshot is Openreach engineer sorted out the small white box + neatly made good outdoor cable from street wooden pole to my house + sorted out bundle of wires and old and current SKY hub ..... now have active laptop on Wi-Fi ... = ... Yay ! ....... slight_smile

 

Regarding my call to SKY Customer Services ..... let's be kind and say the person who answered my call is not like RONSEAL ....... *Winks*
