Not able to access Blue Monday today - 2nd June 2025 to win the Nivea Bundles etc. It seems to have problems - anyone else with the same issue 🤔

Hello Dave,

For those of us that entered the Blue Monday competition today and were unable to claim the prize, due to the site glitching. When we try again, it stated that we have already entered, yet we haven’t received a confirmation email.
Could you please advise on how we can check what we may have won and the status?

Some of us werent even able to get on.. 

Also be aware @RB48  It says 48 hrs to get the email, as it is no longer instant, so I would wait a bit longer.. 

But yet another **** show from o2, it seems to be a theme...

I don’t think we will get emails as we didn’t see the prize or enter the details on the second screen which I believe are needed for the emails to be sent.

 

If you couldn’t get in earlier, I would try again as some people’s are now working or you will have the same error as myself.

Ahh, if you dont get to the second screen then you wont get the prize, and it may be a case of proving you won.. 

To be honest the prizes are getting worse each week... 


And I have lost interest, as tried a few times today, and each time it glitched...

Priority App actually eventually worked for me sometime after 2pm, failed earlier - and the e-mail with code  and link to Nivea site landed about 90mins later. Code registered, will see what happens.
