Bill PDF file size increase

Ever since joining O2 the bill PDF files have been around 35Kb each month.

I just downloaded this month's bill today - it has increased in size by nearly 60 times, it is now 2Mb!

Why the sudden increase - it is totally unnecessary and wasteful of space.

None of use here, as customers, will have any idea.

O2's systems are a law, onto themselves.

Maybe to do with the new billing system

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

A waste of what space exactly considering it's a digital file?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
