Thanks perksie for your reply post.,So Wyle i`m on there`s a problem you might be able to help me with when i go to the live chat section on the o2 site i click the chat know and it just disappears when I try again the same thing happens I `eve contacted o2 about it and thay gave me a link which I tried but with no joy just wondering if its my end or if you no how to sort it. Has before thanks for your reply.

It could be the browser you're using, it seems to work when I tried with Firefox.

Yes I have had more sucess with Firefox. Chrome and IE9 wouldn't give me the option of chat at all.
