Hi,

My son is off to France today together with his Blackberry! Will BBM work in France? I have tried to ask on live chat, but didnt really get much help! slight_smile

Yes, BBM will work in france.

 

However, BBM uses data which could end up being very expensive in Europe. The best idea would be to turn off data roaming and then your son can connect to WiFi networks whenever he can and use BBM for free. However this will limit him to only being able to use BBM when he is somewhere that he can connect to WiFi.
