Had to factory reset my phone, so I had to reset and pair my watch.. when I went to connect my watch to mobile network it said to phone 202 and say code 14… did this, but all the person on the other end pointed me to appple support page..
any help would be greatly appreciated

So I missed the PM from @O2Jonathan, but found it and replied back last nite just waiting for a reply.. since then I contacted o2 again and the adviser said that he was sending out an eSIM. So I installed that and now everything on my phone come up as primary or secondary and my watch still doesn’t connect to o2
