Ok now this is just an idea and I'm interested in people's thoughts and if it would be a viable alternate? But would you think having a O2 app dedicated to the forum would be a nice touch and would you use it. Inknowno2 like apps, I have many of them on the iPhone and iPad and do use them, but if the O2 forum was easier access via the app it self, would you think more people would help and use the forum? You would still need to register the app, but this for instance would be done through your mobile number? and then when you wanted to log in, you could use a 4 digit pin for quicker access. So would you like something like this? Thanks
Need Help, Just ask. We are one big Family here in the o2 Forum.
Use iPhone XS Max dual sim, SE, Honor 10, IPad Pro 11, Apple Watch 4 LTE, 100+ Mpbs Barrier and a Record Player.

I think that's a great idea and would probably get more people involved in the community

The pain for me is the signing in. A four digit pin works great on My O2 and O2 Wallet apps and would be ideal for a Community app.

The mobile website is quite good, in my opinion. So is the difficult signin process the foremost reason for liking the app idea?

Would remind password/email or a mobile login do the trick?

I think its a really good idea. A lot of other forums have their own app and I agree it would make it easier for us to post from our smartphones.

I think changing the log in process would make things better. I like the PIN idea that we already use for My O2

Yea, that's true of course, Dave. Good point!
I'll see how feasible the project is internally and will check with Lithium as well. Thanks for the idea slight_smile

Glad I used the search function, was just about to start a new post!

Last update on this was July, has there been any more news?

A official forum app would be really useful and would probably encourage usage. maybe it could be linked in to MyO2?

I currently use 4 different o2 Apps, wouldn't it be great if these were integrated.....
