Ive been raising a fault since the end of July.
On the 28th August, my complaint was escalated to CRT. I was told I’d hear within 5 days, I didn’t. I contacted again, was told to wait a couple of extra days as they were busy.
I did.
I also sent an email direct to the complaint email they gave me, and I still haven’t had any response from them!!!
Do I email again so I’ve got a paper trail still? Call? I’m so fed up now!
