I have raised a complaint via email to the CEO directly, the CEO office and the O2 complaints email and no one is answering me

@danwill183

It can take upto 8 weeks for the complaint to be dealt with,  and if you have emailed both you will have made a rod for your own back.

You just need to be patient sorry..

that is correct, but they first need to make initial contact with the customer to make sure they have the correct information to carry out the investigation and then it can take up to 8 weeks

Well, there is absolutely nothing we can do here as a customer to customer Community.

Most of us know what O2 say and what they do can be different at times.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

To be fair @danwill183  you should be providing all the detail that they need in the initial email, and o2 should then contact you by email to say they have it....

CEO office doesnt exist anymore (i know the email address that is used and that aint it), Lutz never replied or cares to be honest even on X )

But that is moot as there is SFA that anyone on this community can do, and you will just have to keep on with them
