Being threatened with debt collectors when you have paid your bill ….what an absolute joke

If your bill is paid late or is delinquent then o2 will start the process to have the money collected via a Debt Collection Agency. 

You will need to call the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217 in the morning, and they should be able to advise.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account

Thanks for that numerous phone calls to sort the situation out, customer service absolutely useless

And I might add my account is in credit which makes it even more unbelievable
