If your bill is paid late or is delinquent then o2 will start the process to have the money collected via a Debt Collection Agency.
You will need to call the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217 in the morning, and they should be able to advise.

And I might add my account is in credit which makes it even more unbelievable
