Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service

I am trying to get a PAC code to move to a new service provider. I rang yesterday at 6pm and got a recorded message saying they were closed - despite the published opening times being up to 9pm.
I rang again today and I am still on hold waiting for one of their "UK Based advisors" to become available. 1 Hour 32 minutes so far - How much Take Than on jold music can you take?
I tried emailing but got a standard reply which tells me to ring the phone number that I am still waiting on

Strange, I have spoken to customer service 3 times within the past week and never had to wait longer than 6-7 minutes. Try calling again.

I have to admit that i was on the o2 line today for my Uncle and was on hold for 25 mins and even waiting 10 mins for some one in the online chat to come on line and help.

 

However the online chat was able to upgrade my uncle with the deal and phone so im happy with that and the online chat agent was very helpful and had a lot of infomation for me.

 

Still never got through to o2 though after 25 mins, So i can only assume they are mega busy.

Need Help, Just ask. We are one big Family here in the o2 Forum.
Use iPhone XS Max dual sim, SE, Honor 10, IPad Pro 11, Apple Watch 4 LTE, 100+ Mpbs Barrier and a Record Player.
