Talking to a couple of call centre providers and agents, this is going to get worse as they can't recruit, as nobody wants to work for around minimum wage and get abused 99% of the time by members of the public... So o2 wont be immune from this lack of workforce...
Telefonica already had a complete BOT IVR for Customer services ready to go, so this might be on the way....
