4g and freeview interferance may not be as bad as thought.

These tests are live 800mhz done by at800 nothing to do with volume of traffic as I guess as they activate a 4g 800 mhz cell in the area and load it for the test.
I think the brighton test will show more issues as the at800 website details.

Being on the northern fringe of Bristol I'm in EE's 4g area and experience intermittent Freeview problems that didn't exist prior to 4g commencing at the end of 2012.....even after the recent relevant mux changes on Mendip transmitter.

@Guest2 I am on the southern edge of mendips coverage. With a clear line of sight to the mast
But 1800mhz 4g should have no impact on freeview so very strange

Aahhh !.......not thought of that.....there is a rented house in line of sight of Mendip transmitter occupied by about 6 UWE students
