These tests are live 800mhz done by at800 nothing to do with volume of traffic as I guess as they activate a 4g 800 mhz cell in the area and load it for the test.
I think the brighton test will show more issues as the at800 website details.

But 1800mhz 4g should have no impact on freeview so very strange
