Has something happened to O2 recently, I’ve never had a problem with them up until the beginning of this year. Slowly but surely the network has become so bad. I’ve been running these tests for the past few months and this is now the connection I get at home. I’ve check for outrages and everything is perfect, apparently.

I keep dropping from 4G 4 bars to 4G 1/2 bars.

How can we tell if a mask has been decommissioned. I very nearly changed providers yesterday but the travel package is the only thing keeping me here.

Try switching to 3G. If the speeds improve it points to congestion being the problem and that will only be improved if o2 deploy more bandwidth.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
