I was totally upset that complaints ppl when I foned them where he was bing nasty and I was wondering if I would have grounds to terminate my contract its more of a query thanks

You're welcome @Beckie. Lodge a complaint by all means, but be aware that an O2 rep being nasty over the phone wouldn't be grounds for terminating your contract.
