Hi
Just checking if anyone has come across people /scam claiming to be from 02 offering a 30% discount off your bill due to bad signals which there always is where i am at the moment so people could get caught out if not careful.
Many thanks
Jane

There have been several posts on here about this in the last few days - a BBC TV programme and a few articles in the national newspapers have focussed on O2 and these problems.

It’s still active. Just got a call this morning from them. They are using a dotcom address instead of “.co.uk” which was a red flag for me.

Same rule applies
Don't respond to cold calls, however plausible.
