Hi,
During the past 2 days I haven't been able to get a balance from the 21202 number. I just keep getting an O2-alert saying that there had been a processing error for the request. I wondered if anyone else has had the same problem? My phone is just a basic brick with no internet access so I can't go on to the O2 site using it. I rely on the 21202 number to keep within my allowance. I have sent an email (thoughtfully provided on this forum!!) to their complaints department so I hope to have it back and running soon.

If you have any further problems after trying the suggestions made by @Anonymous you may want to give Customer Services a call before making a complaint @Anonymous You could use live chat OR a landline to call

Have you used *#10# as another balance check? You can log on to your myo2 using a desktop computer if you have access to one

Hi,
I have tried the *#101# but isn't recognised for my package. I just wondered if anyone else had the same problem or if its just my phone for some reason. It is sending and receiving texts ok so my feeling is it's a problem at the other end.
