11 days and counting - for unlock

Anonymous
Not applicable

So after 11 days, and many hours of repeating the same conversation with numerous "GURUS" O2 have managed to let me down, ignore me, make countless empty promises and totally fail to unblock my device. A customer with them foe years, they seem to be actually obstructing me! Hoping I will finish my holiday before I get my phone unlocked perhaps?

And this morning I just recieved a new unlatching code from the special department case escalation emergency crack team of super gurus!!! And guess what? It doesn't work!!!

Could the problem be that the OP has tried to do this via Live Chat? Isn't there a way to do it themselves using their My O2 page?

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Yeah - never to be unlockked again - I'm not even sure if JTAG could fix it or not ?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

The only way a wrong code could be legitimately created is if the wrong IMEI number was used.

Using the link in your MYO2 would guarantee the correct details but I would be checking the codes carefully before entering anything again.

No, do not keep putting a failed code in - If it doesn't work the first time it won't work a second or third etc unless you are putting it in wrong.

Hi Bambino, I have tried it the first time through "Gurus" And the second time through the 02 link. IMEI code is correct, as is the way I entered the code I was given.
