£100 M&S voucher

I ordered my broadband over a month ago and was told my voucher would arrive within two weeks, I still haven't seen it. Has anybody else had the same issue?

Thanks for the help. I spoke to someone they told me that it gets issued after the 30 day returns policy expires.
They've told me two different stories now, so we'll see how that pans out.

That makes sense and they apply the same policy to all their offers.
