To be honest I'm bored so I decided to Google this number, and I got nada, zippo, zilch, Then because I have an office phone for which I pay no bills in front of me I gave it a buzz, after a "we are trying to connect you message" it was answered and it did say "welcome to o2, please enter the O2 number you are calling about"
That said, to the best of my knowledge O2 use very few premium rate lines, the only one that springs to mind is the O2 Genie line, that was the pay and go sim where you paid a £10 top up and got 300 free texts etc. That said that was very much the exception as opposed to the rule, best advise is to ring 202 (monthly), 4445 (pay and go) or 80002 (business). If it is a genuine contact there will be notes on the system, if not then hope you didnt give out too much personal information.

I suspect it is one of o2's "trusted partners" such as Aerial

I was charged £10 as well on Saturday 21/05/2016 and it is getting used at the moment and it says on my Bill it belongs to O2, so be aware and don't use it
