02 Priority Competitions

Has anyone else had any issues with 02 priority competitions.

I received a call last year from 02 Priority telling me I had won Ed Sheeran tickets for June 2018 in Newcastle.  They took my email address and said I would be sent further information.  I have never received anything and when i tried to contact 02 priority had problems getting through to someone and when I did they told me the winners call comes from a different number but that I would definitely hear from them.  I want confirmation as to whether I have definately won them and the dates etc.  I don't appear to be listed on the winners list online!

@Notts123 has been told by customer service that calls come from a different number.

So ask customer service for the number to call ?
The only viable help link I can find is here http://service.o2.co.uk/IQ/SRVS/CGI-BIN/WEBCGI.EXE?New,Kb=Companion,question=ref(User):str(Business)... which refers you to customer services if you need to speak to someone for help, so you'll definitely need to call and ask again.
