I am trying to speak to some one regarding our faulty land line .  i can not get put through to a business advisor!!

If it's Virgin Media/ O2 you need to speak to Virgin regarding landlines

150 from the landline or 0345 4541111 from any other

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Try early at 8.00am for least wait times.
