I see WiFi calling is supported on the P20 Pro according to the list of devices (https://www.o2.co.uk/business/support/network-support/wifi-and-4g-calling) and it has been rolled out for the P20 Pro (

https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Android/Wifi-Calling-Coming-soon-to-Huawei-P20-amp-P20-Pro/m-p/1239080...).

I can't see the option to turn on WiFi calling though. I've delved deep into the phone settings as listed on here https://www.solvemix.com/index.php/en/year-2018/huawei-p20-pro-how-to-activate-wi-fi-calling-instruc... and that option is missing.

I do notice that although it has been rolled out for the P20, there are no instructions on how to activate it on the O2 site. Could I be missing a carrier update? How would I go about getting this pushed to the phone?

Not sure it is relevant, but we are on a BoostBox. My plan is to go over to wifi and turn off the BoostBox if the call quality improves.

Ensure you have the latest firmware on your phone and if it's still not working you'll need to call customer service Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I was hoping to avoid calling, it's too busy even when this virus thing is not causing delays. Plus with the continual upsell every time I call...

Thanks though, I will call then.
