yes and no,
i filled in the form, received email saying i entered incorrect security answers, asked to re-fill in document. I asked which elements i had incorrectly filled in, sorry we have stopped the service replying to emails. Follow link to live chat, live chat didn't work. i phoned up, answered my security correctly & according to o2 employee it will take up to 72 hrs where as form subbmission quoted 10 or 14 day. These are the things i will not miss from o2..even to get into my account i have to constantly change password as it doesn't reconise me, i use the same password after phone verification. I just did it to answer this. The person i spoke to was very good and informed me of the next steps, thank you for enquiring.
