Hi, we have an employee who is stuck in the US and unable to get data as his Rest of World 24 Hour Pass has been used up. I need to get this cap lifted.
I have been trying, again and again, to contact someone at business support. I have tried 3 different phones and the input isn't recognised, then I am placed on hold for approximately 20 minutes before being cut off.
It is an utterly appalling level of service. How can I make contact with anyone - literally, anyone at all, who may be able to help me?

My personal experience of the business customer service is that it is absolutely awful

Are you a Business or Enterprise customer, as if the latter speak to your VM Business Account Manager, if the former then its Business CS only I am afraid...
