I have now had two new sim cards both work for two days then they come up with no service. I have rebooted the phone still no joy

Have you checked your network status? https://status.o2.co.uk/
Have you tried the sims in another phone?
Either way, if everything is OK network wise then you need to contact O2
They open at 8am and all numbers are in this list
