Phoned business support and told that everything was ok and no reason why phone should not be working everything fine their end. Advised turning the phone on and off and still problems and now saying low data - no chat line available and business customer service not open until 8am now 9.13pm
My Director is unable use the phone and I can't get this resolved!

Try manually selecting T-Mobile network.
You also need 4g calling enabled.
