Hi can anyone advise as i don't seem to be able to find 'live' chat on the site

I bought a Netgear Mobile router specifically to take it abroad
However, it will not connect. I am in Greece and having to rely on the local/intermittent wifi - not great

The message I get on my laptop is Roaming data disabled and
Mobile Broadband disconnected (your data connection is disconnected) - is the solution in Settings on the laptop or do I need to speak to someone in o2?

O2 data sims don't work abroad unfortunately, sorry.
