I am hoping someone can help me.
We renewed our O2 contract with a Business Partner, but the service we are receiving is non existent! I cannot continue working with them and it is affecting how my users are feeling about O2, when it's not O2, it's the partner.
Is there a way to change partner mid way through a contract?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

As far as I know (others may correct me) it isn't possible as your contract is with them and not O2.

How big is your contract (in how many lines) with the 3rd Party Partner, and how long is left, and who do you pay your bill to is it o2 direct or the partner?
