Freeze payments due to Corona Virus

Just trying to get some information and clarifiction as to whether I can freeze my payments due to the Corona Virus.

I've looked on the 02 webiste but can't find the relevant information.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Thanks for the info. I've already tried that number but unfortuntely due to the situation I think there are limited staff numbers that are available. I'll keep trying. Thanks

Not all customers will struggle so there will doubtfully be a complete freeze to cover everyone.
