I passed the device on 3G due to a lack of coverage at some point and wanted to switch back to 4G (VolteON) but this does not let me do,... just telling me that I need to contact the business team of do something on my o2 business website. Anyone knows what to do ? I am on Apple XR.

It sounds as if you are a business customer with O2, we can't access your account within the communtiy and would recommend calling 8002 from your O2 device which is a free or 0800 977 7337.
They can then check the account is setup correctly for 4G and help you get 4G swiched back on.
