Hi, i've submitted a request to unlock my iphone 7 via the MyO2 app but heard nothing back, no email or text, does anyone know how long this is due to take?

Thanks in advance

@jayleep Have you tried putting in a non O2 sim in the phone? I will mention one of our community admin to see if they can help @EmilieT

Where did the phone come from and how long have you had it?

You'll need to wait for the email confirmation then which is taking around 2 weeks at the moment.

Any network will post you a free SIM to try. Just go online, you don't need to to up to see if your phone will accept one. If you get a text saying it's unlocked and to connect to iTunes, ignore the bit about iTunes as it's not necessary.
