Hi @Anonymous If wanting to upgrade your tariff then do it via My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
If you have any problems then give CS a call 4445 payg or 202 contract..

My bad @MI5. That's true, but queries here are usually about trying to decrease, and as @jonsie says, it's only guesswork unless the OP comes back.
