Signed up for new tariff and iphone on saturday. Received phone yesterday. Tried for hours to do 'swapmysim' waiting the half hour each time ... told had to do next day.... have done same today and again told to wait till next day. Just need my code from o2 so can start using my phone and havent had one yet. Frustrated!!

I would call customer service to clarify what the problem is.
Is this a new account or an upgrade?

Sounds like a tech support issue. if you go to help on this site you will see Gurus you can speak to someone and they should point you in teh right direction..
is it just swapmysim or clone phone??
