problem with mobile plan for apple watch

I have 3 apple watch sim only plans.

 

I wanted to set up mobile plan - watch app- mobile service- - set up mobile service- i was transferred to o2 , logged there but I am not able to choose my existing plans , only there is an option to buy one- which I already done and non of them is working. on watch - when i choose mobile service there is no sim and no connection.

I was trying to contact with o2, via chat and over a phone and was transferred from tech support to upgrade team then again to tech support and non of them are able to help .

Have you done a search of this forum for your problem ?

There are many reported issues with Apple watches and some of the threads do include solutions that have worked for other forum members.

Are the existing watch plans with O2?

It's not clear from your post regarding your transfer to O2.
