o2 Tracks still saying opps!!

I have o2 Tracks on my IPhone and Ipad free for 8 weeks as an o2 customer but it wont update, i have the "opps" message since i installed it 4 weeks ago, i have reinstlled it and get teh recent music but loose my save lists etc and find it frustrating i cant just update it, i wanted to buy the full app but need this to update! please advise! i am connected to a strong wifi 😞

Have you backed them up to iTunes as that may do it, save them there hopefully
