Help!

I got a new iphone on new O2 contract this week - but O2 won't let me purchase an e-sim plan for my old apple watch.

Apparently they don't do this - but this message board says otherwise! (Last year there were threads saying it was £7/month to purchase)

Can anyone help advise please? Customer service not helpful

Yes it can be done, you can do it via the watch app, or call up and do it, or do as I did for my Samsung watch call sales on 0800 081 0255 

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
