Sim

I have upgraded my phone to an iPhone 15, and don’t have access to my SIM card as when I try to log into the account to activate the new SIM card it sends it to my number which I don’t have access to, as my only SIM has been deactivated.

Resolved! Delivery

Ordered a phone on Friday 29th, told delivery will be Monday or Tuesday 2/3 dec no delivery, called advisor, told it would be delivered Friday 6th.no delivery. !!!no email telling me when to expect it !!

Resolved! Transfer sim to new phone

I got a new iphone and after transferring my sim it doesn't work any more. It is detected by the new phone but it doesn't connect to the network. Transferring it back to my old phone doesn't do anything. What's going on?

Not delivered

My new phone was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday and it hasn’t. I can’t get hold of anyone from the store and tracking isn’t working. Can you please help understand where this is please
