Come on O2. I have been waiting 30 - 40 mins twice on your customer services number for someone to be able to text me the mobile upgrade verification code. First time I got cut off, second time got bored, can't even get the number to be sent through my o2 homepage on the internet....what gives ? Get someone to call me on my phone..... they know the number and I can see that the upgrade is waiting to go on my o2 homepage..... frustrated.

O2 cannot identitfy you from a forum post and it would be an enormous security breach if they could.
