I am finding that in Darvel Ayrshire ka17 the 02 service keeps going on and off from three bars to no service consistant each day every few minutes.

The ee service on my friends phone, orange provider, is five bars on his i phone no signal problem on the same site as my phone

Anyone else having this difficulty etc

Have you checked the service checker site?

At the moment it's showing as fine.

Try removing your SIM and clean it and or have the sim replaced at any O2 shop or have one sent to you. Takes Approx 24 hours to reset.

Possibly turning off 3G in your phones settings to use 2g may help.

And alternative avenues are tugo for pay monthly customers or viber or what's app which can work off home wifi.

There may be a mast problem that O2 aren't aware of so give them a call to check.

There is no 3G signal in Darvel so turn it off on your phone.
