Solved: ipad pro finish rubbing off from mild use after on...

my ipad pro 11 2020 is just over one month old and the space grey colour is already turing dirty white on the volume button and corner. also the opposite corner is showing similar wear.

having had ipads for years both in and out of covers i have never seen anything like this before. Is this common or just now and after such a short time?

That shouldn't happen.

I'd contact Apple for them to look at it for you.
