Hi

 

why do all photos which are sent to my iphone held on the O2 server, and don;t come through to my phone?

 

also, why has the "chat" supoort service been out of action for more than four days?

Check with Customer Services by telephone that your account has mms activated.

Ensure you've not turned off mms in your s:(things accidentally.

Finally turn the phone off and on to reset it.

I've not seen any issues with Live Chat but I wouldn't use that service for account queries.
