The obvious answer is to stop buying from iTunes.

If they are charges you are unaware of, you should contact Apple to see what they are charging you for https://support.apple.com/en-gb

I’ve not brought anything from iTunes hence not knowing what they were charging me for (obviously). I’ve managed to sort it now thanks to the first person who commented very helpful.
